Job Definition
As an experienced Antenna Engineer, you will undertake the design, development, production and measurement of antennas and antenna system prototypes, working within a project team to meet demanding customer requirements and timescales. You will also use RF simulation tools to assist development. You will work closely with other RF and antenna design engineers, mechanical and industrial designers, and EMC engineers to integrate the antenna design into products. The candidate will be expected to perform radiation performance measurements, create test plans and execute them, publish test reports, provide feedback to other design engineers, and lead some aspects of the manufacturing of the antenna products.

Skills Required
We are interested in hearing from all levels of Engineers who have a good academic background and a good practical and theoretical knowledge of embedded antenna design.

• You will have BS / MS or higher in Physics, Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in RF with good practical and theoretical knowledge of embedded antenna design. Antenna and wave propagation theoretical background is essential.
• 3+ Years experience in RF with experience in antenna design and test for wireless consumer products, including optimization for TRP, TIS, SAR, HAC and EMC.
• Must have strong problem solving skills and strong working knowledge of radiation performance, anechoic chambers, and RF test equipment and be able to construct antenna prototypes in-house. Hands-on is an absolute must.
• Knowledge of design tools such as HFSS, CST, SEMCAD and MatLab, for developing antenna designs and problem solving.
• Experience with different wireless communication systems such as GSM/ HSDPA /CDMA, 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS, etc., including the corresponding system level specifications, and have experience with regulatory requirements and process for wireless consumer devices, including FCC, PTCRB, CTIA, etc is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills required, both written & verbal and be able to write detailed reports suitable for both Internal and External customers.
